General Optical is and continues to be full-service: we have an optometrist on premises for eye exams and contact lenses, and we continue to have our own finishing lab to maintain strict control over quality and delivery time.
But in reality, none of the above would truly matter if we did not rest our reputation on providing unsurpassed personal service to our clientele. We go to great lengths to serve our customers, whether that means hand-delivering a pair of eyeglasses for a customer who cannot pick them up before a trip or going to local nursing homes to help an injured patient or parent of a patient.
